MUSKOGEE, Okla. – Port Muskogee has signed a Railroad Facilities Operating Agreement with OmniTRAX, one of the nation’s fastest-growing private infrastructure companies, naming it the exclusive operator of the Port Muskogee Railroad (PMR). This strategic partnership will enhance rail service, support industrial growth, and expand multimodal access for existing and future industry in Muskogee.
Over the past 18 months, Muskogee has announced more than $4.1 billion in new capital projects, reinforcing its role as a vital driver of Oklahoma’s economy. Statewide, Oklahoma’s ports generate over $500 million in annual economic impact and support more than 5,000 jobs.

Under the agreement, OmniTRAX will manage rail operations on port-owned tracks, delivering reliable, scalable, and customer-centric rail services tailored to meet the needs of Muskogee’s expanding industrial base.
